Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), our HDPE PLB Duct Pipes feature an inner coating of silicone for permanent lubrication, facilitating smooth installation for underground cabling. We use UV-grade raw materials that comply with IS 4984:2016, IS 2530, and ISO 9001:2008 standards, with our pipes designed as PEELA -50T-012 (CACT Approved). The inner layer is made from DOW Corning grade 50MB002, ensuring durability and reliability in various applications.
We produce pipes in grades PE-80 and PE-100, with sizes ranging from 20 mm to 200 mm in outer diameter and pressure ratings of PN 8 to PN 20. Our color-codedpipes—blue for water, orange for petroleum, and yellow for gas—ensure easy identification.
